Payment information: Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. ChartBrain.io never stores or has access to your full card number.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Alert notification history is retained for 90 days. Chat messages are not stored beyond the current session. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data
